Revive Development Land Services offers a variety of landscape material & dirt supply, debris hauling and disposal services throughout SE Michigan. Our loading and trucking services are available in conjunction with or without other land services, as often times we are called in to cleanup debris from sites after tree services or other contractors have failed to do it properly.
With a variety of trucks and trailers, from our small goose-neck dump trailer to our semi truck with rock box, we are able to efficiently deliver materials to and/or load and remove debris from your job site in a variety of yardages. Our smallest setup allows us to maneuver through tight neighborhoods and over the bridges in the lakes areas. Our largest setup, our semi truck and rock box allows us to remove or deliver larger loads in a cost effective manner.
Aggregate & Material Supply
We offer competitive pricing on grading materials like fill dirt, topsoil, arena sand and base materials such as crushed concrete, asphalt millings, and other construction aggregates. Our hauling capabilities range from a truck and trailer, to our Semi, and, for larger loads, gravel trains which can haul up to 50 yards per trip. Note: Load minimums are 25 yards unless purchased in conjunction with another service.
Land debris & Dirt Disposal
We offer land debris and dirt disposal around much of SE Michigan. Land debris/waste includes logs, stumps, branches, mulch, sod, compost and other wood/plant debris. Dirt waste includes dirt, sand and clay such as excess dirt from basement excavations, driveway cutting, and other earth works. All materials are recycled when possible.
asphalt Disposal & more
Our skid steers and excavator can remove asphalt from old parking lots, roads and driveways with ease. Concrete, foundation blocks, bricks, and other masonry removal and disposal may be available in certain quantities. All of these materials are recycled when possible. Call us for more details.

With a variety of truck and trailer sizes, we are capable of trucking into most areas, even in tight neighborhoods and over bridges. We can deliver small loads of 25 yards (our min.) up to hundreds of tons.

Clean fill dirt, includes sandy, or clay based soils. For filling low spots during grading, back filling, etc. Sold by the yard

Double screened, clean, rich topsoil. Used as a base for seed, sod or in beds. Sold by the yard

21AA crushed concrete, DOT approved base or 1×3 crushed concrete for temp. construction driveways. Sold by the ton
crushed limestone or gravel
21AA limestone for use as a base, temp or permanent aggregate driveway. Sold by the ton

Millings for use in driveways. Better water erosion resistance. Needs compaction. Sold by the ton
